The Mountain Creek park model was designed with special needs in mind. The floor plan is open with the living room combined seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen. Instead of a narrow hallway, the kitchen area connects the sleeping area to the rest of this park model home. In addition to the wide entryways, the bathroom has a handicap-equipped toilet, grab bars, and a wheelchair-accessible shower.
