The Newberry offers three individualized options for discerning park home buyers. The standard floor plan offers a galley kitchen and a spacious living/dining room. The single/double loft option includes extra living space above the kitchen and bedroom area. The deck model incorporates a 4-10 foot front deck, located just outside the living room.
The Newberry park model home is designed to let in plenty of light, with optional prismatic or clerestory windows available in living areas for additional brightness. Amenities include a bonus room, a desk area and overhead storage in the bedroom.
