The Evergreen park model has a large open floor plan which allows for easy traffic flow and ample room to relax and entertain. Many lovely wood cabinets, a pantry, and generous counter space define the kitchen, and a built-in hutch with glass doors adds charm to the dining area. Many park models don’t have a full tub and shower, but this park model does. The bedroom is large and comes with a built-in desk: a perfect place for a computer. Optional window bump outs can be added to add more spaciousness.
