The Preston Park Model Home was built beautifully for a small vacation/second home. Designed with a beautiful open floor plan created with a standard super bay and extravagant wrap around hutch and great utilization of space. This park model comes with a porch, perfect for sitting outside amongst family and friends or just relaxing, enjoying mother nature. The home has a decent sized living room and dining area surrounded by white metal windows. The wooden cabinets in the kitchen give the home an old-fashioned, yet elegant look. The bedroom is spacious with a nice closet and television space. The bathroom is small, but has a pleasant sized bathtub. The Preston Park Model Home makes for a lovely second home.
